Return Policy:
Tom Cook Jeweler strives to satisfy our customer. We will refund any item that was sold by us from our showcase within 10 days of the delivery when accompanied by the original sales recept, as long as it has not been worn or altered from its original showcase condition (including ring sizing). Gift cards are not redeemable for cash. All items purchased on sale are FINAL.
